- Understanding how to relate to and care for someone with Dementia
- Effective approaches to communicating with someone living with Dementia
- Applying the principles of Person-Centred Care
- Understanding the roles of care providers and family members
- Ethical approaches and considerations
- Practical knowledge of other applicable aspects, including some useful resources
